Two layers of fabric with alternating sheer and solid bands slide past each other: line the sheer bands up for daylight, overlap them for soft filtered light, or cover sheer with solid for privacy — all without raising the blind.

A single panel of fabric rolls smoothly up into a slim tube at the top of the window, and unrolls to cover the glass. The cleanest silhouette we fit — it disappears when open and works in every room.

Built for width. Vertical vanes tilt to angle the light exactly where you want it, then glide smoothly to one side so patio doors and wide windows open fully. A practical, durable choice for homes and a long-standing standard for offices and commercial spaces.
How it works: each vane hangs from a carrier on the headrail. Twist to rotate all the vanes together — open for the view, angled to bounce glare away, or closed flat for privacy — then draw the whole stack left, right or split from the centre to open the door or window.
The Dream style: vertical blinds and dream blinds are the same product family — “Dream” is simply the soft sheer-panel version. Fabric panels attached to a sheer backing read as one flowing drape from across the room, rotate together like vanes for light and privacy, draw to the side like a curtain, and part so you can walk straight through them — a beautiful answer for patio doors and wide glass where ordinary blinds get in the way.

In an Alberta winter that means warmer rooms and less heat lost through the glass; in summer the same cells keep heat out. How it works: the fabric is pleated into hexagonal cells. Lower the shade and the cells open into insulating air pockets against the glass; raise it and the fabric compresses into a slim, neat stack at the top. On installation day we fit everything level and true, set up remotes and apps on motorized products, walk you through how each blind works, and leave the room tidy.

SatinVue Blinds & Shades Inc. stands behind the quality of its products and workmanship. This page sets out, in formal terms, the warranty coverage applicable to your installation, the labour and service terms that apply, and the procedure to follow for warranty claims and technical enquiries.

Subject to the terms and exclusions set out below, SatinVue Blinds & Shades Inc. provides the following limited warranty coverage, effective from the date of installation:
A five (5) year limited warranty applies to blind mechanisms, including internal operating mechanisms, brackets and mounting hardware, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.
A three (3) year limited warranty applies to fabric, including blind and shade fabrics, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the exclusions below.
A two (2) year warranty applies to motors and solar panels supplied and installed by SatinVue, including motorized operating components, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of installation, labour in connection with an approved warranty claim is provided at no charge. Covered parts and labour are both included during this initial period.
Following the first year, and for the remainder of the applicable coverage period stated above, covered parts remain provided at no charge under warranty. A service charge will apply to the labour and attendance required to complete the repair or replacement.
For clarity: the coverage periods above apply to the components indicated in each category. Where more than one category applies to a single product — for example, a motorized blind — the mechanism, fabric, and motor or solar panel are each covered for their respective periods.
Warranty claims and technical enquiries are handled directly by the SatinVue team. To ensure your claim can be assessed promptly and accurately, please follow the procedure below.
Email info@satinvueblinds.com with a clear description of the issue, together with supporting photographs or videos showing the concern.
Please include your name, contact number, installation address, and any relevant invoice or product details, so the applicable coverage can be verified without delay.
Our team will review your submission and respond within one to three (1–3) business days to confirm the assessment and the next steps.
Where a defect is confirmed under warranty, the covered component will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the labour and service terms set out above.
